  • Native Tap Protocol integration

  • Fully decentralized and transparent

  • Works directly with other Taparoo features (Swap, Marketplace)

  • Self-custody friendly and irreversible (like Bitcoin itself)

🪙 Create a token on top of Bitcoin:

Steps:

  1. Connect your wallet

  2. Select Token

  3. Fill in:

    • Ticker (1–32 characters)

    • Max Supply: Determine the maximum number of tokens available to mint.

    • Limit per mint: Set a maximum token allowance per mint inscription.

  4. Click Submit and Continue and approve the transaction in your wallet

  5. Wait for confirmation — your token is now inscribed on Bitcoin

🌱 Minting tokens

Steps:

  1. Connect your Bitcoin wallet

  2. Click “Mint Tokens”

  3. Choose the token you want to mint (must be inscribed already)

  4. Enter the amount you want to mint (within the limits set in the deploy)

  5. Confirm and sign the transaction from your wallet

  6. Wait for the transaction to confirm — once it's done, your tokens will appear in your wallet

Note: You can mint in multiple batches until the full supply is reached.

↗️ Transfer an Existing Token

  1. Choose Transfer

  2. Select the Tap-compatible token you want to send

  3. Enter the recipient’s Tap-compatible BTC address

  4. Confirm and sign the transaction

  2. Enter your message or data

  3. Choose:

    • Single inscription

    • Batch inscription (for multiple lines or entries)

  4. Approve and confirm — your text will be etched into Bitcoin forever

🖼 Inscribe an Image

Steps:

  1. Choose File Upload

  2. Upload your image (PNG, JPG formats preferred—size may be limited by fee)

  3. Confirm that your image looks correct in preview

  4. Sign the transaction with your wallet

  5. Once confirmed, your image is permanently stored on Bitcoin Layer 1

⚠️ Tips & Best Practices

  • Double-check everything before submitting — inscriptions are permanent

  • Text and token tickers cannot be reused or changed

  • Image files should be optimized and sized efficiently to reduce fees

  • Use inscribed content for creative drops, identity, token launches, or data anchoring
